Qualifications of Inspector

  I have 20 yrs in the construction field, from foundations to home building. Seven years in evaluating concrete structures which required implementing repairs specified by engineer. 

  Working on such projects as Reliant Stadium, Minute Maid Park, and the Anadarko Tower in The Woodlands just to name a few.                                                 

  • I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
  • I have passed InterNACHI’s Online Inspector Examination.
  • I have completed InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics Obstacle Course.
  • I have taken InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice Quiz.
  • I abide by Texas Real Estate Commissions Standard of Practice. 
  • I followTREC's Standards of Practice.
  • I have taken InterNACHI's Plumbing Course.
  • I have taken InterNACHI Structure Course.
  • I have taken InterNACHI's Vermiculite Insulation Course.
  • I have taken InterNACHI's Polybutylene Plumbing Course.
  • I have taken InterNACHI's Water Heater Course.
  • I have taken InterNACHI's Emergency Exit Course.
  • I have taken InterNACHI's Green Building Course. 
  • I fulfill 24 hours of Continuing Education every year. 
  • I am available Saturdays.
  • I generate easy-to-read inspection reports.
