Question:  What is a home inspection?

Answer: A home inspection is a non destructive, visual 
            examination of the structure and it's components.
              Issues discovered by the inspector will be reported
            giving you the information necessary to make an
            informed decision.

Question: Why should I have a Home inspection?

 
Answer:  A home inspection will alert you to any problems
             with the property and recommendations by the
             inspector will help you know who to turn too.

Question: If the home inspector recommends further
               evaluation by contractors or engineers, do I
               have to hire such companies.

Answer: No, it helps to think of a home inspector as a 
            generalist, not unlike your family doctor who
            will referr you to a specialist, if a recommendation
            is warranted by the inspector it shoudn't be
            ignored.
